It is with great sadness that we have to announce the
death of our son. For anyone wishing to
attend his funeral, it will be held on:
Wednesday 22 October 2014
At 1.20 pm in the main Chapel
at Markeaton Crematorium, Markeaton Lane, Derby
DE22 4NH
Any colour of ‘dress’ is acceptable.
Afterwards, everyone is invited to join us for refreshments
and the venue will be announced at the service.
There will be no flowers, but any donations received will
go to
the work of the Padley Group in Derby.
